解決world wide web Publishing無法啟動問題

有一天我的XP Pro Sp3，啟動服務world wide web Publlishing時出現以下訊息

 

有嘗試將IIS 反安裝，反安裝就是到新增移除程式--新增移除Windwos元件--，重開機，安裝IIS,結果是無效

接者根據MSDN IIS: Services Fail to Start with Event ID 7023， 執行regedit，將HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Rpc\ 裡的 Internet 整個刪除，然後重開機，就迎刃而解了。
