解決ORA-01502: index or partition of such index is in usable state

發生原因:

直接載入或DLL動作，一個被標記為無用的Index或Index partition。

處理:

DROP 這個 index, 或 REBUILD 這個 index, 或 REBUILD 這無用的index partition

Rebuild指令:

1. Alter index  [Index_name] rebuild
